AR's ReflecTIonis is a modular online self-study course. The goal is to enable students to critically reflect on the ethical challenges of their own field of study and their future professional activities. To this end, course-specific components addressing concrete questions of taking responsibility can be combined with general components covering the fundamentals of ethics and normative reasoning. Each individual component includes a video-recorded micro-lecture, which can be viewed via ILIAS, as well as additional course material for self-study. Optional Q&A sessions and workshops are offered to clarify questions and deepen discussions in dialogue with the instructors.

The course is completed through an in-person multiple-choice exam. Three dates per semester are offered for the final exam.

The course is supervised by the Academy for Responsible Research, Teaching, and Innovation (ARRTI) and offered in cooperation with the House of Competence (HoC)
